3. Registration and User Obligations

• Users agree not to use the Portal for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity.
• Any misuse, impersonation, or false representation will lead to immediate suspension or termination of the user account and possible legal action.

4. Fee Collection and Payments

• Payments shall be made through secure payment gateways.
• The Portal acts purely as a collecting and remitting agent, and bears no responsibility for disputes, chargebacks, or disagreements between clients and professionals.
• Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the refund policy mutually agreed between the client and the professional.

5. Communication Policy

The Portal shall not communicate with users through phone calls, mobile messages, emails, or social media. All official communication, updates, and case-related information shall be available exclusively through the user’s portal dashboard.

Users are required to log in regularly to check updates, respond to queries, and monitor the progress of their matters. The Portal shall not be responsible for any loss, delay, or consequence arising from a user’s failure to check updates.

6. Professional Conduct and Quality Assurance

• All professionals listed are required to comply with laws, professional ethics, and confidentiality standards applicable in their jurisdictions.
• The Portal conducts due diligence and verification before listing professionals but does not guarantee the outcome of any consultation or service rendered.
• Shree Jee Legal Associates reserves the right to suspend or delist any professional found violating ethical standards or user trust.

7. Free Legal Aid Feature

• Free legal aid services are subject to eligibility, resource availability, and administrative discretion.
• Professionals offering such services do so voluntarily. The Portal merely facilitates contact and bears no liability for the advice rendered under the free aid scheme.
